1. Supplier and products

Products are downloadable image files. No printed artwork, frame or other physical item is supplied. The product page describes the files included.

2. Purchases through Paddle

Purchase through Paddle. Download starts after confirmed payment; the download link is valid for 1 hour. Prices include applicable taxes. No shipping costs.

Paddle is the intended merchant of record and reseller. When checkout is available, the purchase contract is with the Paddle entity named there. Purchases and payments are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms presented before the transaction. The artwork usage rights below apply between you and Hacking Art®.

Prices, taxes, available payment methods and contract details are shown before checkout completion. Files are made available after payment is confirmed, according to the delivery process described on the product page.

3. Personal Use License

Where the product page specifies a Personal Use License, you receive a non-exclusive right to use the file for private, non-commercial purposes. This includes personal use of the file and printing for your own private use, including through a printing service acting on your behalf.

Copyright remains with the respective rights holders. The licence does not include resale, making the file publicly available, sharing it for independent use by others, or commercial exploitation. Contact us about other uses. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.

4. Previews and printing

Shop images are smaller, watermarked previews for viewing and are not the purchase files. Original resolution and file format are listed on each product page.

Print sizes are recommendations. Screens, printing methods and materials may affect colour reproduction. Opening and printing require software that supports the stated image format.

5. Support and statutory rights

For damaged files or delivery issues, contact Hacking Art® with the product title and transaction reference if available. Paddle handles payment and refund requests for Paddle purchases. See withdrawal and refunds.

These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights, including statutory remedies for defective products.
