Before download problems are treated as support first

If you purchased the wrong product, cannot access your files, or experience a technical problem, contact mail@hacking.art.

Consumer rights

Where mandatory consumer law grants a right of withdrawal or refund, that right remains unaffected.

For digital content, the right of withdrawal may expire once performance has begun, if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right once performance starts. If the checkout provider collects that consent during checkout, it will apply to the order.

Refund requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are also subject to the selected checkout provider's terms and payment rules.
