Purchases through Paddle

Paddle is the intended merchant of record and reseller. Withdrawal notices and refunds for a Paddle purchase are handled with Paddle. Please see the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy applicable at the time of purchase.

Use the support link in your transaction confirmation or visit paddle.net. Under Paddle’s published policy, eligible EU transactions have a withdrawal function in its customer portal during the withdrawal period. The portal link is supplied in the transaction confirmation.

Statutory withdrawal for digital content

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. For paid digital content, this right can end early after supply begins if you expressly agreed to supply before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged that this would end your withdrawal right, and received the required contract confirmation.

A product being downloadable does not, by itself, remove the right to withdraw. Statutory conditions and the information supplied before purchase apply. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected by this page or provider terms.

Artwork and file problems

If a file is inaccessible, damaged or not as described, contact info[ät]hacking.art with the product title, issue and available transaction reference. Replace “[ät]” with the usual at sign to email us. Please do not send full card details.

We help with file and delivery issues. You may also contact Paddle if the matter cannot be resolved. Statutory remedies for defective products continue to apply even if a withdrawal right has ended.
